Chicago – GrubHub, an aggregator of local restaurants that
offer delivery, has raised $20 million in a fourth round of funding, led by DAG
Ventures with participating from Benchmark Capital, TechCrunch reported.

Chicago-based GrubHub offers a database of more than 13,000 U.S. restaurants
that offer delivery in around a dozen cities.

CEO Matt Maloney tells TechCrunch
the company expects to expand to 80,000 restaurants and 26 cities by year’s
end.

In addition to aggregating menus, GrubHub also provides a white-label
online ordering and delivery service for some 5,000 restaurants.
