Boulder, Colo. – Graphicly, the provider of a digital
content delivery system and community platform, on Tuesday said it raised $3
million in its first round of financing, led by DFJ Mercury.

500 Startups,
Dundee VC, Ludlow Ventures and several angel investors also participated in the
round.

Boulder, Colo-based Graphicly operates an online digital comic store,
and counts partnerships with more than 150 publishers, including Marvel Comics,
Archie Comics and Top Cow.

The company said it will use the funds to add new
features like audio commentaries, video, music and interactive panels.
