San Francisco – Everloop, an online social platform for kids under 13, said on Monday that it has raised $3.1 million in new funding.

Investors included vFormation, Band of Angels, Envoi Ventures, Richard Chino, Wayne Goodrich, Deena Burnett-Bailey.

San Francisco-based Everloop offers an online platform where kids can communicate and collaborate in a closed “social loop” of their friends and others who share their interests.

The site features technology that blocks bad language, bullying and sharing of personal information.
