Helsinki, Finland – Disney (NYSE: DIS) has acquired Rocket Pack, the
developer of an engine used to build online games, TechCrunch reported.

While
financial details of the deal were not disclosed, a source told TechCrunch the
purchase price was between $10 million and $20 million.

Helsinki, Finland-based
Rocket Pack’s engine enables the development of HTML5-based games.

The company
has also developed its own online games, including "Warimals."
