Evernote Aims For Int’l Growth, Signs Strategic Partnership With Deutsche Telekom

evernote_deutschetelekon_sqEvernote, the note taking and personal organizer app, announced that it has taken another step in its strategy to boost its international presence, with news that it has signed a strategic partnership with Deutsche Telekom (DT). With the deal, all DT customers in Germany will get 1 year of Evernote Premium service. With DT boasting 37 million mobile and 22 million fixed line customers, the alliance possibly results in 60 million more users to Evernote’s platform. Evernote and Deutsche Telekom are hosting an upcoming Evernote Hackathon in Berlin on April 5-7, which will be held at Deutsche Telekom’s new Winterfeldstrasse start-up space to promote developers and designers to envision and develop new apps using Evernote’s API and Deutsche Telekom’s Developer Garden.
