Penthouse Acquires Adult Sites Danni Ashe, Video Bliss

Boca Raton, Fla. - Penthouse Media Group, the publisher of adult content, has acquired Danni Ashe Inc. and Video Bliss Inc., the owners and operators of a popular adult website that has been online since 1996. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquired assets include several subscription websites that feature streaming video, photographs, live events, and online stores and auctions. The company also produces adult films, which are sold at major retail stores, and licenses consumer products through a variety of distribution channels.
