Monster Worldwide Inc., parent of the popular jobs website Monster.com, said on Monday that its founder, Andrew McKelvey, has resigned from its board of directors after refusing to be interviewed for the company's internal stock option investigation. McKelvey also stepped down as Monster's chairman emeritus, a position he assumed after giving up the Chief Executive and Chairman jobs earlier this.

Concurrent, a provider of on-demand television technology, announced today the appointment of Michael Pasquinilli as Director of Advanced Engineering. Pasquinilli joins Concurrent after seven years with Cox Communications, where he oversaw design and development of their interactive television (iTV) technologies, including video-on-demand.

RawFlow, a provider of live peer-to-peer streaming technology, today announced the new addition of former BT Entertainment Chief Executive Officer Andrew Burke to its corporate board. As CEO of BT Entertainment, he devised and ran the company’s TV-over-Broadband initiative. Johan Brenner from Benchmark Capital and George Fraser, Vice President of InfoSpace, already serve on RawFlow’s board as non-executive Directors, along with the two founders; Mikkel Dissing (CEO) and Daniel Franklin (CTO).

Cablevision Systems stated that Grover Brown and Zachary Carter have been elected to the company’s board and will make up a new special litigation committee. Brown is with the law firm of Gordon Fournaris & Mammarella PA. Carter is a partner of the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP. The additions of Brown and Carter to the board bring the number of directors to sixteen.
