Live Nation, a leading live event and venue management company, announced the promotion of Scott Fedewa to the position of Executive Vice President and Executive Producer of Interactive Products. Since joining the company last year as Senior Vice President and Executive Producer of Interactive Products at the company, Mr. Fedewa has overseen the transformation of LiveNation.com into the fourth-ranked event site in the United States, according to Nielsen.

QVC, a subsidiary of Liberty Media Corporation, has announced the following management changes effective immediately. The previously announced promotion of Bob Ayd to the position of Executive Vice President of Merchandising and Chief Merchandising Officer will take effect as part of the succession plan for current Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer Randy Ronning, who is retiring in January. Together, Ayd and Bob Myers, who was recently promoted to Senior Vice President of QVC.com, will assume the responsibilities previously held by Ronning.

News Group Newspapers (NGN), publisher of The Sun and News of The World, has appointed Jim Mullen as Digital Strategy Director. Mullen is previously a board director of digital for Arc Worldwide/Leo Burnett and will be responsible for driving News Group’s multimedia strategy. Mullen was promoted to head of interactive at Arc London in April 2005.
