Nickelodeon and MTVN Kids and Family Group, today announced that Kyra E. Reppen, the former head of NickJr.com and creator and architect behind the recently launched ParentsConnect brand, has been named Senior Vice President & General Manager of NeoPets, the largest and fastest growing youth community on the Internet. Prior to joining Viacom, Reppen was a corporate associate in several law firms, including Dewey Ballantine and Schulte Roth & Zabel.

SNOCAP, the first end-to-end provider of digital licensing, copyright management services and artist distribution for the digital music marketplace, today announced its appointment of Guy Johnson to the company's board of directors and the appointment of attorney Rich Mosher as General Counsel. Johnson is chairman of the board for Sirius Canada and a former senior executive of Sirius Satellite Radio. Mosher is a corporate law specialist who most recently served as general counsel at Intellisync Corporation.  Prior to joining Sirius, Johnson managed global and North American operations for Thomson Multimedia, a Paris-based company with a family of leading consumer brands including RCA, GE and Proscan.

Marketing, public relations, and business development firm ClearImage announced that Dana Cowley had been brought on as director of the firm's interactive entertainment activities. Cowley helped found the Triangle Chapter of the International Game Developers Association (IGDA), and she is currently the vice president of membership for the Triangle Chapter of the American Marketing Association. She was marketing and communications manager for Octagon Entertainment before joining ClearImage.
